How Can You Help?

Every Donation Counts!

Your contribution extends beyond immediate needs; it's an investment in the future of young individuals working hard to overcome challenges and achieve a better life.  With your support, we can offer hope, empowerment, and practical assistance to those in need.

Your generous donation to Karinya directly supports young people in our programs who are working towards building a stable and positive future.  Each contribution helps meet crucial needs and supports empowerment.  Here's how your donation can help:

$20 – Week of Bus Tickets: Provides a young person with a week's worth of bus tickets, enabling safe and reliable transportation to school, work, or Karinya's program activities.

$50 – Emergency Relief: Offers a young person a voucher to purchase needed items in times of crisis, ensuring they have access to immediate support for essentials like food, medicine, or clothing.

$60 – Clothing Essentials: Allows a young person to access necessary clothing items, including pyjamas, socks, and underwear, ensuring they have basic comfort and dignity.

$75 – Fresh Start with a Cleaning Bucket: Supplies essential cleaning products for a young person moving into new accommodation, ensuring they have everything needed for a clean, hygienic start in their new environment.

$100 – Groceries for a Week: Covers a week's worth of groceries for a young person in one of Karinya's programs, ensuring they have the nutritious food necessary for a healthy lifestyle.

$250 – Health and Well-being: Offers a young person essential healthcare, including mental health support, dental care, or medical prescriptions, contributing to their overall physical and mental wellness.

$500 – Education and Employment: Assists in providing course fees, textbooks, or necessary equipment for a young person's vocational training or education, helping them gain skills and qualifications for a brighter future.

$1,000 – Furnish a First Home: This makes a significant difference by providing the items needed for a young person to furnish their first home, creating a safe and comfortable living space as they start a new chapter in life.
